Who You’ll Work With
We are an international and dynamic team of software engineers, researchers, designers, marketers, and more. We are based in New York and Toronto, working hybrid with well-stock snack bars and team lunch.
Our team comes from high-performing engineering cultures, including Perplexity, Meta, Uber, Microsoft AI, Affirm, and leading AI research labs, including Princeton, Caltech, Vector, Layer6, and MILA. We approach our work with curiosity, purpose, and speed. We have a non-hierarchical, low-ego culture where anyone can come up with ideas for the next product! We ship fast and prioritize putting new ideas in front of our users. Everyone works and interacts with everyone. Everyone is free to attend meetings across product functions, whether it's diving into designs or dropping into our ML learning groups.
We host team retreats 2-3 times a year, focused on collaboratively coming up with new products and features together (hackathon-style), and team bonding activities in nature. Some activities we like to do together: Avalon/board games, karaoke, pickleball, chatting around a campfire, mushroom foraging, salsa dancing, and so much more!
